Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy SO plugins

Expected result:

Plugins deploy with no errors

Actual result:

Deploy listener hook will throw a NullPointerException

This issue does NOT occur if deploy listener hook is deployed by itself with portal-compat and not along the other SO plugins. This only occurs when deploying all SO plugins.
