Welcome theme: Two fields extend outside the create account area, which only expands when you click on a different field.

1. Deploy SO plugins, including the SO Welcome theme.
2. Navigate to localhost:8080.
3. Click on "Create Account".
   • Actual result: The gender and text verification field extend outside the box.
4. Click on the field for screen name.
   • Actual result: The grey box expands and all the fields fit nicely.
