Recipient dropdown menu in Messages does not narrow down user list as a name is typed in the To field

      Description

      Here are the steps to reproduce:

      1. Add a user named Social01 Office01 User01
      2. Go to Messages and click New Message
      3. Do any of the following:
        1. Type "Social"
        2. Type "Test"
        3. Type "User"

      Expected result:

      The dropdown menu list will narrow down so that only "Social01 Office01 User01", "Test Test", or nothing will display during each respective sub-step at step 3.

      Actual result:

      The list will remain the same at all three sub-steps and not narrow down. This can prove troublesome when working with a large number of users.
