There is a duplicate breadcrumb on the bottom of site pages.

1. Add a new SO site.
2. Add a document.
3. View the document.

Expected results: Not too sure what it should look like.

Actual result: The breadcrumb at the bottom duplicates the breadcrumb at the top of the doclib portlet. The duplicate breadcumb can also be seen on the forums page.
