      Description

      When you click on the Contact Card of a user in Social office chat, the Contact Card page will not display chat or the Social Office dockbar.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add social office role to the test user
      2. Add a second user, add them to the Liferay site and add the Social Office role
      3. Open up a second browser and login as the second user
      4. From the second user, click on the chat bar > online friends (1), hover over Test Test, and click the Contact Center icon
      5. Assert that the dockbar and chatbar no longer display

      Expected results:
      The Social Office dockbar and the Chat portlet should be visible when viewing another user's contact card.

      Actual results:
      When viewing another user's contact card, the Chat portlet and SO dockbar disappear.
