The select button near the categories field is misaligned in the forums > move thread page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a forum category and thread
2. Attempt to move the thread
3. Assert misaligned UI.

Expected result:
The Select button should line up with the categories field

Actual result:
The Select button is not lined up with the categories field
