Delete icon appears after adding a page

Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Add a new page to dashboard

Expected result:

The page will be added

Actual result:

The page is added and a small delete icon appears below it. The icon serves no function and cannot be clicked on.

The icon does go away after the page is refreshed
