Here are the steps to reproduce:

1. Add an SO site
2. Do something in the SO site (Add a forum post, etc.)
3. During the same minute, add a blog entry
4. View activities

Expected result:

The blog entry should be at the top of the activities list

Actual result:

The blog entry will be posted at the bottom below the first activity entry.
