The code formatting handling is broken in the message boards.

This is due to this code in the so-theme CSS: https://github.com/liferay/liferay-plugins-ee/blob/ee-6.2.x/themes/so-theme/docroot/_diffs/css/so_core.css#L1304-L1306

To reproduce add a new forum post using the code block format from the editor.
