Tasks portlet issues with filtering tasks by tags

      Description

      Reproduction
      1) Install a new Liferay 6.2.10 Tomcat Bundle with Social Office 3.0.2
      2) Update with patching Tool:
      3) Login with liferay admin account
      4) Open Control Panel and create at least 2 tags (e.g. "tag 1" and "tag 2")
      5) Deploy the Tasks portlet on welcome page
      6) Create a new Task "Task 1" with the Tag "tag 1"
      7) Create a second Task "Task 2" with "tag 2"
      8) Click at "Filter" --> Problem 1: It shows "No tags were found."
      9) Press F5 to refresh page
      10) Click at "Filter" --> now both tags are listed
      11) Select "tag 1" --> now only "Task 1" is shown below
      12) Click at "Clear All" --> Problem 2: the filter for "tag 1" disappeared and further on only "Task 1" is listed below

      Master: unable to add task
