Unable to Manage Announcement Entries

When the User clicks Manage Entries the system returns an exception on Tomcat and a blank page. (See Screen shot and attachment)

1. User creates a site
2. User adds an Announcement entry
3. User clicks Manage Entries
-System returns a blank page/exception

*When the User clicks "Return to Full page" the system does not display the Add Entry / Manage Entry buttons unless refreshed.
