Site Breadcrumbs not showing files in Documents

In Documents

1. Add Folder
2. Click Folder
3. Add Sub Folder
4. Click Sub folder

System fails to display folder and sub folder in Site breadcrumb in IE 8, Opera 11, and Chrome 13.
In Firefox 3.6.22 there are extra folder 1 crumbs, but still doesn't show sub folder.
