Social Office Site Member permission problems

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Login in as [e-mail]
2.) Create a new Social Office Site: Test
3.) Add new user: [e-mail]
4.) Add new user [e-mail] to Social Office Users Role.
5.) Invite new [e-mail] user to Test site. Do not choose a Role for the user effectively making them a Site Member to Test.
6.) Logon as [e-mail] and accept the invite to the Test site.

I have observed the following permission issues when the user [e-mail] is a member of the Roles Social Office Users, Power Users, Users and a Site Member to Test:

Dashboard:

• Site Test does not show up in My Sites even though [e-mail] is a member of Test
• Site Test does not allow [e-mail] to favorite the Site.

Site Test:

• Dashboard link in Dockbar does not go anywhere for [e-mail]
• Calendar does not let [e-mail] add an entry
• Documents does not let [e-mail] delete other Site Members documents
• Forums does not let [e-mail] add a new Category
• Blog does not let [e-mail] add a new Blog
• Wiki does not let [e-mail] move another members Wiki article
• Members does not let [e-mail] invite new Members
