Steps to reproduce:
1.) Login in as test@liferay.com
2.) Create a new Social Office Site: Test
3.) Add new user: test1@example.com
4.) Add new user test1@example.com to Social Office Users Role.
5.) Invite new test1@example.com user to Test site. Do not choose a Role for the user effectively making them a Site Member to Test.
6.) Logon as test1@example.com and accept the invite to the Test site.
I have observed the following permission issues when the user test1@example.com is a member of the Roles Social Office Users, Power Users, Users and a Site Member to Test:
Dashboard:
- Site Test does not show up in My Sites even though test1@example.com is a member of Test
- Site Test does not allow test1@example.com to favorite the Site.
Site Test:
- Dashboard link in Dockbar does not go anywhere for test1@example.com
- Calendar does not let test1@example.com add an entry
- Documents does not let test1@example.com delete other Site Members documents
- Forums does not let test1@example.com add a new Category
- Blog does not let test1@example.com add a new Blog
- Wiki does not let test1@example.com move another members Wiki article
- Members does not let test1@example.com invite new Members
