The Social Office User Role does not show the Dashboard link if a User is added to the Role via a User Group.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login in as test@liferay.com
2. Add new user: test1@example.com
3. Add new User Group: Test
4. Assign new user test1@example.com to the 'Test' User Group.
4. Assign the User Group Test to the Social Office User Role.
5. Sign on as test1@example.com and notice the Dashboard link is not in the Dockbar.
