Portlet label should not block view of portlet elements

      Description

      Some portlet labels located in the top right corner of the portlets in Social Office are partially blocking the views of essential elements of a portlet. An example is in Private Messaging where the label is partially blocking the "New Message" button.

      The top left portlet labels should be changed in a way so that they do not block or partially block the view of portlet elements
