More Sites list does not display properly when viewed from anywhere except the Dashboard in Internet Explorer 7 and 8

      Description

      When the user is viewing a page other than the Dashboard and views "More Sites", the list displays inproperly in Internet Explorer 7 and 8.

      Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:

      1. Go to Dashboard in IE7 or IE8
      2. Click "Go to"
      3. Click "More Sites"
      4. The site list will display properly with proper icons for favorite, deleting, and leaving a site
      5. Create a new Social Office site
      6. Go to the new Social Office site
      7. Click "Go to"
      8. Click "More Sites"
      9. The site list will display improperly (See attached image for details).
      10. Go to the user profile.
      11. Click "Go to"
      12. Click "More Sites"
      13. The site list will display improperly (See attached image for details).
