Regular users are unable to use Contact Center.
1. Deploy SO plugins.
2. Create a new user without the admin role but with the SO user role.
3. Log in as new user.
4. Click on Contact Center.
The portlet displays a message regarding the user not having to roles to access the portlet. Any user with the admin role can still access and use the Contact Center.
