User's information does not clear off screen after user fails to enter the correct passcode.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into sync
2. Enable passcode
3. Fail entering a passcode 5 times
4. Assert signing out message
5. Click back on top to go to settings

Expected result:
User information should have cleared under Credentials.

Actual result:
User information is locked and uneditable under Credentials.
