HTTPS error message does not inform the client of where to install the certificate

      Description

When connecting to Sync over HTTPS, the Desktop client might pop up with a window stating The security certificate could not be verified.. Hitting accept might result in a handshake exception:

Handling exception javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Only if the client looks at the logs will they figure out that Sync has it's own JRE where the certificate needs to be imported. It would be beneficial to put this information in the pop up message.
