      Description

      I am unable to post comments on this ticket. It's odd because I created the ticket. It appears that my jira account does not have permissions. The only options I have is to edit the ticket.

      Julio Camarero has asked me a question and I'm unable to respond. I "edited" the ticket to respond to his question.....but that was 3 days ago. I'm guessing that he was not notified that the ticket was "edited" and is still waiting for a comment.

      UPDATE:
      I am unable to comment on any tickets.....including the ones I created. I registered another user account and tested that also. It doesn't have access to comment on any tickets either. I can't attach screenshots either. I've tried with Safari and Firefox.
