      Description

If a User Segment Content Display contains a rule for web content that contains JavaScript, the JavaScript is ran even if the user isn't in the matching User Segment.

      Steps to reproduce:

1.) Create a piece of Web Content which contains JavaScript. For instance an alert will suffice.

2.) Create a new User Segment in AT. It doesn't matter if the user will ever be included in the User Segment.

3.) Add a new User Segment Content Display portlet to a page and configure it to use the new segment and the new content that contains the JavaScript.

4.) Refresh the page and observe the JavaScript alert will appear regardless of whether the user in included in the segment or not.

      Thanks,
      Jamie
