      Description

      When saving a promotion, if there's an email channel with a validation error, the ckeditor disappears and a textbox is loaded

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a campaign
      2. Create a promotion
      3. Add the email channel
      4. Leave the subject blank
      5. Click on save and continue

      Error: the ckeditor disappears and a textbox is loaded

      Apart from this, when adding multiple promotions, sometimes the errors are not marked in red.

      Also, we need to make sure all notification bodies (in SMS, mail and Push) are required.
