      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Deploy Audience targeting
      2. Navigate to Audience Targeting
      3. Add a Campaigns
      4. Click Campaign name
      5. Click Reports
      6. Click add plus sign
      7. Drag and Drop Content to the custom metrics report field

      Expected result:
      The message "This metric will not work properly because content tracking is not enabled.
      It can be enabled in Control Panel > Instance Settings > Audience Targeting Analytics or Site Administration > Site Settings > Advanced > Audience Targeting Analytics" should not displayed.

      Actual result:
      The message "This metric will not work properly because content tracking is not enabled.
      It can be enabled in Control Panel > Instance Settings > Audience Targeting Analytics or Site Administration > Site Settings > Advanced > Audience Targeting Analytics" is displayed even the content tracking is enabled.
      If the user turns off content tracking action, the above message does not display. In this case, it should be displayed to inform the user to turn it on.
