NPM module run-sequence requires chalk, but chalk v2 drops support of node <= 0.12

Description

We need to update the package.json for the run-sequence module to use v2 because it's dependency, chalk, just update to v2 which drops support of node <= 0.12.

We need to update this in https://github.com/liferay/liferay-gulp-tasks and https://github.com/liferay/alloy-ui
