Steps to reproduce:
Go to Applications Menu -> Commerce -> Channels -> Channel
Enable a shipping method(e.g. Flat Rate)
In Flat Rate sidepanel, navigate to Shipping Options
Add a new shipping option
Expected Behavior:
Shipping Options entries are visible in the table.
Actual Behavior:
Shipping Options entries aren't visible in the table.
No errors neither from browser console nor from portal console.
