RSS Publisher - Change Item Drop Downs to Different Inputs

Description

The drop down is very limiting and doesn't allow for more than 9 entries (should be 10 entries). Permanently fixing the RSS item limit dropdown issues as seen in https://liferay.atlassian.net/browse/LPS-101350#icft=LPS-101350 could be as simple as switching to a text box entry field.

Users can then choose their own number.

It was a job badly done. I pointed out that the index offset was 1 so to select 10 items you needed to select 9. So that was fixed, but the number 10 was then not added to the drop down. Unbelievable.
