Available in Liferay Enterprise Search Cross-Cluster Replication.
https://learn.liferay.com/dxp/7.x/en/using-search/liferay-enterprise-search/cross-cluster-replication/cross-cluster-replication.html
The Liferay Cross-Cluster Replication module allows Liferay DXP to perform read operations on a local Elasticsearch cluster that has been configured to replicate the indexes of a remote cluster. This module leverages Elasticsearch's Cross-Cluster Replication feature for replicating search indexes on distributed cluster. CCR is used primarily for Disaster Recovery and Data Locality (geoproximity for read operations) purposes.
