We're still missing the ability to clear formatting that has been pasted from external editors, we are also missing a paste from word function.

In Analyze and Define CKEditor Presets a set of recommended presets for content edition was created to gather the more common usages of CKEditor features.
The goal of this story is to provide the recommended toolbar sets as defaults of our editor
Acceptance Criteria
The following sets are defined based on CKEditor Presets
simple_text -> Basic Text Styles
advanced_text -> Advanced Text Styles
simple -> Simple Insert
Presets are related mostly with present buttons in the toolbar, but other features such as Paste From Word or autolinking are available by default without the need of additional buttons.
